Fox Architects, for AMICSTL, Issues RFP/Q For Facility Construction

The Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Center St. Louis (AMICSTL) will be a facility built to develop leading edge innovation in advanced manufacturing for a variety of business sectors. This investment will enable St. Louis to expand and strengthen its place in a global advanced manufacturing market, generating economic growth for the region. The facility will be used by companies for research, development, and production/prototyping of special projects.

With this RFP/Q, Fox Architects is requesting consultant proposals for the following design services:

  • Civil Engineering

  • Landscape Architecture

  • Structural Engineering

  • MEP/FP Engineering

  • LEED Consulting

  • Technology Design

  • AV Design

  • Security Design

  • Lighting Design

  • Commissioning

  • Acoustical Engineering

  • January 22, 2024 @ 5:00PM - RFP/Q Due

  • January 26, 2024 - Contract Award

  • March 7, 2024 - Schematic Design Phase Completion

  • May 2, 2024 - Design Development Phase Completion

  • July 11, 2024 - Construction Document Phase Completion

  • August, 2024 - Construction Start (18 months anticipated)
